I know your email inboxes, social media pages and everywhere else you look right now are filled with blah-blah about new year resolutions and making goals and starting fresh and turning the page and clearing the slate and making the bed and living the dream and all the things you simply must be doing right now since it's the start of a new year. And we should all aspire to be NEW people. 

Here's the thing. You can make changes any time of the year. Or not. And you can be inspired by all kinds of things, whenever, wherever. If you want to just hide under the covers until it's February, when the world decides we need hearts and flowers and love love love - that's perfectly ok. Or just ignore all the hype of any and every month and just do your own thang. Whatever floats your boat.

Personally I like to start the new year off with a big cleaning out, a little elbow room for deciding what worked, what isn't important any more, and a bold new plan.
