Wash Your Hands!

Wash Your Hands!!! Soap and water!

Did you know that regular soap and water kills 99.9% of germs and bacteria? When used correctly, of course. You actually have to get your hands wet and sudsy, scrub top and bottom, and rinse too - not just dip and dash like you did as a kid when Mom wasn’t watching.

The entire world is watching this COVID-19 story unfold, and the number one way to avoid getting infected is to WASH YOUR HANDS. And do this a lot. When you’ve been in public spaces, when you get home before you touch anything else, especially your face.

Hand sanitizers are actually less effective. They have other chemical components that have risks and side effects. The alcohol dries too quickly to get all the germs. And they don’t kill certain kinds of bacteria as well, especially the ones connected to these types of viruses. So get yourself some good soap! Use it often!
