Fresh Starts Are Better With Fresh Pits
Happy New Year bright shiny friends!
Welcome 2023 - another cha cha through the seasons. And so it begins . . . another year of clean living. As a long time soap maker, you've heard me use the phrase "clean living" so many times I'm sure you think the shtick is getting old.
But it's not just a silly pun, it's actually meaningful to me in a real world way too. Clean living involves making choices that prioritize the well-being of ourselves and the planet too. Obvious little things like eating healthy, reducing stress, getting enough rest, connecting to the natural world. But in the bigger picture, using environmentally-friendly products and supporting companies that align with our values also. Clean living makes us happier and healthier, which in turn, creates a positive impact in the world around us. It doesn't have to be overwhelming, just tiny little decisions each day, like showering with a fresh bar of really good soap made from scratch by yours truly micro-business. After that, you can tackle breakfast, ha ha.
Winter Clearance Sale Begins
In keeping with tradition, all the Winter Holiday scented soaps will be on sale this month, clearing out the studio to make room for the year ahead (regular size bars - $4 ea). I always feel more productive and creative starting with a clean slate and an empty, organized space.
There is a pretty small stock left, but if you found something you loved and want to stock up, grab it now. The Helping Hands sets are on sale as well (now $10 ea). All of these particular scents will not be repeated next year and I'm already moving on to fresh, new spring scents.
May this new year ahead be vibrantly healthy and abundant in every possible way for all of us. We are creating our future with every thought, decision and action we take. Nourish yourself well, rest often, be kind to yourself and all beings. Together we can make this year brighter than the last.
