Can you believe it's already June?! Memorial Day weekend in the rearview and school year done-zo. Grab your surfboard because there's no doubt about it now, we are definitely doing summer!

I know we're all headed out the door for adventures and stuff, so who's got time to scroll emails? Here's the whole enchilada in a nutshell: new summer seasonal soaps want to take a cold shower with you, and this month there are 3 new scents to try (Summer Solstice, Strawberry Jam, Soleil Blanc), plus spring seasonal soaps just went on sale.

SUMMER SEASONAL SOAPS

Summer means heatwaves and smelly, sweaty weather - and likely extra showers, or a quick dip in a cold bathtub. Our fresh new soap scents would love to join you -- Forest Bathing, Lavender Woods, Sea Salt + Surf, or Watermelon Mint.

Sudsing up with any of these lovelies makes the chilling a lot more fun and can keep you smelling fresh as a daisy. You'll be sad (and scratchy) if you end up showering with something drab and uninspired like grocery store soap.

HELPING HAND SOAPS

For more summer vacation vibes I’ve created a new version of the mini soap sets with all the scents of a summer getaway - Front Porch (ferns & fresh breeze), Summer Cottage (wildflowers), Beach House (our signature summer scent), Woodland Cabin (firs and cedar) and Lakeside Camp (lake water and woods).

NEW! SUMMER SOLSTICE SCENT (PLUS A COUPLE OF OTHERS)

Celebrating the changing seasons is my jam. So this year I'm making an extra little batch of a seasonal scent in honor of the equinoxes and solstices. June has the pleasure of hosting all the amazing Summer Solstice festivities around the world, from naked bikers in Fremont to Midsommer in Sweden - bonfires and parades celebrate the longest day of the year.

My new Summer Solstice fragrance is an all natural blend of essential oils - primarily lemony herbs with a pinch of spice and mint, adding depth and freshness. It’s bright and energizing, citrusy happy, sunny and optimistic - the scent of a summer morning sunrise, full of possibility and adventure. Very limited quantity available.

Playing around in my studio, I've made limited batches of Strawberry Jam (ripe juicy berry and vanilla sugar) and Soleil Blanc (an eau de perfume scent of citrus + white flowers). I couldn't help myself - they smelled so good in the bottle I just had to make more soap! (4oz bar, $6)

SPRING SOAPS CLEARANCE PRICED

There is a handful of spring scented seasonal soap left on the shelf here and really truly should have homes and showers to go to. So many showers, so many bars of soap to choose from . . . One of the things I love most about summer, you don't have to limit yourself about anything. Summer is the freedom of time, the wide open road, you can do a little this, play a little that, take a nibble of all the things your heart desires.
